CTGI has established a three-tier ESG governance?structure comprising the governance level, management?level and implementation level, and has developed?ESG management policy, thereby strengthening the?foundation for the Company's sustainable development.?In 2024, aligning with international sustainable?development standards and guidelines as well as?leading corporate practices, we formulated the CTGI's?ESG Strategy Guideline 2025-2030,?which encompasses?short-term and medium- to long-term ESG strategic?goals and action plans across the four dimensions of?financial, environmental, social and governance. This?enables us to seamlessly integrate ESG concepts and?requirements into our corporate strategy and business?operation.
The Year 2024 also marked the Company's milestones?of sustainable development. We formally joined the?United Nations Global Compact (UNGC), and, as one?of China's top 20 ESG-leading enterprises, we were?invited to participate in the "ESG+20" Sustainability?Leadership Interview to share our ESG concept and?practices. Additionally, we were invited to attend the?COP16, where we shared our biodiversity protection?practices with global?professionals. Furthermore, we?received over 20 ESG awards. We were listed on the ESG?Impact Enterprise List by Fortune China, designated as?"International Sustainable Development Pioneer" by?Phoenix TV, having our ESG team awarded the "High?Energy Talent Team" by Harvard Business Review,?awarded "Corporate Governance Pioneer" on the KPMG?ESG 50 List, enrolled as the best cases in 5th Global?Poverty Reduction Case Call by World Bank and FAO?etc., and named an "Annual Carbon Peaking and?Carbon Neutrality Pioneer" by NetEase Finance. These?recognition also motivates us to further enhance our?ESG management and achieve new breakthroughs.
